Important: The price indicated is PER KILOGRAM. A deposit of one kilogram is required to secure the order (this is what is charged at checkout). You will be invoiced for the remainder of the weight when we receive the product. The payment date will be indicated on the invoice. Please note that the weight charged is the uncooked weight that we receive it as. This will be different to the cooked weight.
